Meet the Team

Josh Bartlett is the owner of CDL Mechanical and has been doing A/C for over 20 years. He learned the trade from a family friend and continued to advance his career throughout the years with other HVAC companies. We started CDL Mechanical in 2016 so that Josh could continue his growth in the field he loves doing the most. CDL stands for his family’s name: Carson being his youngest son, Danielle being his wife, and Leland being his eldest son. CDL Mechanical is not only a family-owned business but is also family-operated.
